We guarantee that all products we sell are of the highest
quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied
with his or her purchase. However, we realize that returns
are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a product,
please refer to the following information.
Returns Within 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason
within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for
a store credit or exchange. We will, based on your preference,
either replace the item free of charge (for defective products
only) or provide store credit in the amount of your original
purchase (excluding shipping and handling).
You may return any item that malfunctions due to defects in
materials or workmanship. We will replace your item with a
functioning version of the same or equivalent product. If
the original item is not in stock or is otherwise unavailable,
we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
We will do our best to make sure everything we sell will continue
to enhance your pleasure and your life. Simply drop us an
email, and we'll see what we can do.
PeachPatch is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments
on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If
your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have
not received your package, please contact your carrier. In
the event of an undeliverable shipment, we will refund the
credit card for the amount of the product purchased only.
Shipping charges will still apply.
Requesting a Return
To inquire about returning a product, contact us and provide
your name, order ID and a brief description of the problem.
We will send you complete instructions on how to return your
package. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise
that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package.
Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we
have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment
of returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case
of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for
the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We never
resell returned merchandise.
Fraud
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold
you liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charges.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you
must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its
reporting rules and procedures.

liability for automatic debit cards or check cards. We recommend
using a credit card rather than a debit or check card when
purchasing products online.
